"We use this as a fundraiser for the troop. We go around and pick them up for ten dollars and we bring them up here and North Branch gets to use them."

"They can be used by North Branch Nature Center for the fire and ice event that they have most years."

"The total amount goes so that these kids can go on these adventures."

"Two years ago we took them to Yellowstone for two weeks and in two years they want to go to the Grand Canyon so well go to the Grand Canyon."

"The main advantage is it is staying out of the stump dump. This is a nice way of doing it. Makes you feel they are getting a little more use out of the tree."

"These trees are getting a re-use which I think is very important rather than just throwing them away."

These boy scouts were in Montpelier, but troops all over are recycling trees.

Just contact your local troop, and then leave your tree on the curb for them to pick up.
