4 Underage Murderers Sentenced to Life to Get New Sentencing Hearings

Four underage convicted murderers sentenced to life in prison in New Hampshire are getting a second chance at a new sentence.
CONCORD, N.H. - Four underage convicted murderers sentenced to life in prison in New Hampshire are getting a second chance at a new sentence.

The mandate comes from the New Hampshire Supreme Court following a U.S. Supreme Court decision in 2012 that determined mandatory life sentences for juveniles are cruel and unusual punishment.

Robert Digman, Eduardo Lopez, Michael Soto and Robert Tulloch are serving time in New Hampshire. They are eligible under the new ruling.
