HANOVER, N.H. - Police arrested a woman Friday in connection with a jewelry theft and attempted money theft that occured in August and September at the Hanover Inn.

Police say 21-year-old Krista Rogers, of Hartland, Vt., is charged with forgery, theft by unauthorized taking, and attempt to commit theft.

On September 8, Hanover Police responded to the Hanover Inn after a woman discovered some of her jewelery, including a gold Tiffany bracelt, had been stolen from a purse inside her room the previous evening. Police say they had evidence that linked employee Rogers to the crime.

A search warrant was executed on September 13 at the Twin State Colins & Treasures in the Colonial Plaze in West Lebanon, N.H. Police say a gold Tiffany braclet was recovered.

Rogers was released on $15,000 bail and is scheduled to appear in court in November.
