WINOOSKI, Vt. - The Community College of Vermont received a $81,000 grant to expand its support services for veterans.
A press release says the new funding will create a veterans resource advisor to help military-connected students in the southern part of the state. The funding also provides specailized computer simulation training programs for college personel to assist veterans finish college.
CCV says they enroll more undergraduate military-connected students than any other college in Vermont.
