Death of Man Found Near Stinson Lake Ruled a Homicide

A New Hampshire medical examiner determined the cause of death and identity of the body found near Stinson Lake on Sunday.
RUMNEY, N.H. - A New Hampshire medical examiner determined the cause of death and identity of the body found near Stinson Lake on Sunday. 

A press release says the victim was indentified as Dr. David Landseadel, 48, of Rumney, N.H., and the cause of death was a single gunshot wound to the head. The manner of death is being ruled a homicide. 

The New Hampshire Attorney General's Office says  Dr. Landseadel died after an altercation between a man the victim knew. 

The investigation is ongoing and so far, no arrest has been made.
