ALBANY, N.Y. - World Cup mania seems like it's taken over.
Some people couldn't watch the USA game on Thursday because they were at work.
This wasn't an issue for New York State employees. Governor Andrew Cuomo gave them an extra hour for lunch so they could watch the game.
Cuomo even wrote a letter to the U.S. coach saying the state of New York stands behind team USA.
