The Bureau of Labor Statistics released a report called the American Time Use Survey. The annual report includes information on the average amount of time Americans worked, did household activities, and engaged in leisure and sports activities.
According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, nearly everyone age 15 and over (95 percent) engaged in some sort of leisure activity, such as watching TV, socializing, or exercising.
