HANOVER, N.H. - A new sexual assault policy is now in effect at Dartmouth College. It creates a single college-wide process for handling complaints.
An independent investigator is now required to look into those complaints. Some cases could result in mandatory expulsion.
The revised policy comes after months of emails flooded the Improve Dartmouth website.
The summer term started on Thursday.
