WASHINGTON - Reports say roughly half a million folks have began the process of enrolling in Obamacare. However, many questions remain and the website is still giving users trouble.

With a website that's notoriously difficult to navigate, fewer than half a million people have filed applications so far.

Democrats say the goal of 7 million people registered by March, is still feasible as problems are addressed and the public responds.

President Barack Obama will talk Monday about the website glitches that have plagued the application process since the new exchanges opened up this month.

He'll also outline steps his administration has taken to get them fixed.
