BURLINGTON, Vt. - A person of interest in a Burlington death investigation was in court Tuesday.
Mark delude was charged with obstruction of justice.
Police say when 40-year-old Forrest Bryant was discovered dead at a homeless camp on Pine Street, Delude urged people at the scene not to call emergency services.
Both Delude and Bryant were considered transient by police. Delude refused to enter a plea but his defense attorney denied the charge for him.
Delude is being held on $10,000 bail.
