BURLINGTON, Vt. - A Philadelphia man was sentenced to 38 months in federal prison for his participation in gun and drug crimes in Barre, Vt.
A press release says in late 2010 and early 2011, 30-year-old Gregory Johnson trafficked cocaine from Philadelphia to Barre where they resold it to local customers.
On January 13, 2014, Johnson pled guilty to conspiring to distribute cocaine.
Johnson is the sixth defendant to be sentenced in a series of related cases in Barre.
Johnson was also ordered to serve a term of three years of supervised release following his prison sentence.
