Police: Burglars Steal, Cause More Than $20K in Damage to St. Albans Auto Shop

ST. ALBANS, Vt. - Police arrest four people accused of burglarizing the Lake Street Auto Shop on August 11.

Police say Rykeem Allen, 22, Christopher Bailey, 20, both of St. Albans, Vt., entered the auto shop through a window and stole a number of items including vehicle batteries, computers, and various tools. A male juvenile and Isaiah Law, 19, both of St. Albans, Vt., were also arrested for standing as "lookouts."

Estimated costs to the items taken and for repairs for the damage to the business exceeds $20,000.

Allen and Bailey are being held at the correctional center in St. Albans. Law was issued a citation to be appear in court. The juvenile will appear in court at a later date.
