Top consumer complaints of 2013.
Telemarketing abuse and fraud were among the fastest-growing complaints by American consumers.

That's according to the latest survey by Consumer Federation of America and other agencies.

Despite the national do-not-call registry and rules concerning robocalls, consumers in the U.S. still get a lot of unwanted phone calls.

The list of consumer issues that tick Americans off include problems with cars, home improvement work, credit card disputes, and retail purchases.
