Just in time for the holidays, the Vermont Public Interest Research Group (VPIRG) will be releasing its Trouble in Toyland report on Tuesday.

The group says the report finds that despite improvements in product safety, there are still dangerous toys on store shelves.

It
highlights toys that contain high levels of toxic lead, cadmium and phthalates. The group also found toys that pose choking hazards, but lack the required labeling, and excessively loud toys that put a young child at risk for hearing damage.
