VT Health Connect to Hold Outreach Events

On Saturday, Vermont Health Connect navigators will be hosting statewide public outreach and enrollment events.
On Saturday, Vermont Health Connect navigators will be hosting statewide public outreach and enrollment events.

These events are designed to help people enroll in VT Health Connect, the state’s new health insurance, and answer any questions people might have about the program.

"Vermont Health Connect navigators, working through our nonprofit Community Health Centers statewide, will be out in force on Saturday, November 9, ready to answer questions and help Vermonters enroll in an affordable health insurance plan,” Vt. Gov. Peter Shumlin said.

VT Health Connect Navigators will be at the following locations:

  • Caledonia Home Health and Hospice, St. Johnsbury 10 a.m. 1 p.m.
  • Community Health Centers of Burlington, Burlington 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m.
  • Community Health Centers of Lamoille Valley, Stowe Family Practice 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Community Health Centers of the Rutland Region, Rutland, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.
  • Good Neighbor Health Clinic Navigators at Wilder Center, Wilder 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
  • Bradford Public Library, Bradford, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
  • Montpelier City Hall, Montpelier 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
  • Putney Walk-in Clinic, Putney, Call for an appointment 802-387-2120
  • The Health Center, Plainfield, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
