It’s their “Need to Feed” event. They give Christmas dinner to anyone who needed a hot meal.
Local businesses and organizations pitched in, including Costco, who donated bread, Ethan Allen Coachworks, who delivered meals, and the restaurant's food supplier donated hams, pasta, and salad.
“We put out wonderful food,” Junior’s owner Franke Salese said. “We have wonderful volunteers that help out. It’s the humanitarian thing to do in Vermont.”
For the meal, Junior's closed its doors to paying customers, providing meals to anyone free of charge.
