STRAFFORD, Vt. - Vermont State Police say a dad is facing charges after getting in a car crash with his kids in the car.

And police say the kids who were badly hurt were not taken to the hospital until the next day.

Police say 40-year-old Justin Galenski of Fairlee crashed his car on Old City Falls Road in Strafford last Tuesday.

They say also in the car were Galenski's four and nine-year-old sons. Police say the kids suffered concussions, a broken arm, a broken clavicle, and other cuts and bruises.
