HARRIETSTOWN, N.Y. - An intoxicated man was arrested on Saturday after crashing a stolen vehicle.

Police say 31-year-old Todd King, Jr., stole a truck from a home in Lake Placid, N.Y. and was driving home to his residence in Tupper Lake, N.Y., when he lost control of the vehicle and crashed.

King did not receive any injuries and was sent to the Adirondack Medical Center for evaluation. Police say while at the hospital King submitted a blood test to determine his blood alcohol content.

King is being charged with 4th degree grand larceny and driving while intoxicated. He will appear in court at the end of January. Further charges may be pending the results of the blood test.
