LEBANON, N.H. - Police say a man in a deadly crash on Saturday in Lebanon, NH intentionally crossed the median. A couple and their unborn daughter were killed in the crash.

WMUR reports that Robert Dellinger, 53, told New Hampshire State Police on the night of the crash, he had an argument with his wife over his medication. While driving, Dellinger said he became depressed and tried to kill himself by trying to hit an embankment. His vehicle went airborne and struck the couple's SUV.

He was charged Tuesday after being released from the hospital with minor injuries.

Dellinger faces 15 to 30 years in prison if convicted of both manslaughter charges.

WMUR reports that bail was set at $200,000 cash only. Dellinger must also live in Sunapee and is not allowed to leave the state. He was also ordered to surrender his license and passport and to get a mental evaluation.
