Police: Missing Man Found in Washington, D.C. Not Involved in SUNY Plattsburgh Frat Fight

Plattsburgh Police say they don't believe the missing man found in Washington, D.C. was involved in a SUNY Plattsburgh fraternity fight in November.
PLATTSBURGH, N.Y. - Plattsburgh Police say they don't believe the missing man found in Washington, D.C. was involved in a SUNY Plattsburgh fraternity fight in November.

Both men are named Nicholas Simmons and both are 20 years old. One was found on Sunday after he left his home in Greece, N.Y. on January 1. The other accused of being involved in a fraternity fight at AXP at SUNY Plattsburgh.

Police found Nicholas Simmons after his family saw a photo of him in USA Today. Metro Police found Simmons in the vicinity of 6th Street NW and Constitution Avenue.
