Three Arrested in Recent Burglaries in Northern Franklin County

New York State Police arrested 3 people in residential and commercial burglaries during September and October in northern Franklin County.
MALONE, N.Y. - New York State Police arrested 3 people in residential and commercial burglaries during September and October in northern Franklin County.

Police say at the houses of Corey Waldron, 25, and Shawn Waldron, 29, they recovered stolen property and drug paraphernalia.

Corey Waldron is charged with two counts of 2nd degree burglary and one count of 5th degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Bangor Town Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail or $100,000 bond.

Shawn Waldron was charged with two counts of 2nd degree Burglary and one count of 3rd degree Burglary. He was arraigned in Moira Town Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail or $100,000 bond.

Shawnessy Newvine, 27, of Brushton, N.Y., was charged with one count of 2nd degree burglary, 3rd degree burglary, 4th degree criminal possession of a weapon, 4th degree criminal possession of marijuana, 2nd degree criminally using drug paraphernalia, 5th degree criminal possession of stolen property. He was arraigned in Bangor Town Court and remanded to Franklin County Jail in lieu of $10,000 bail or $20,000 bond.

Police say more arrests are pending.
