WINOOSKI, Vt. - Officials of Vermont Health Connect held a press conference Tuesday afternoon.
Vermont Health Connect Commissoner Mark Larson addressed two concerns, one with the website and some of the questions people are asking.
The website was slugglish Tuesday morning and staff are currently working on the servers to fix problems. Also, some of the plan plan comparsion information is not working.
So far Tuesday, there are 5,500 unique hits on the website and 600 calls. Larson says people are asking a lot of cost-related questions associated with the plans.
