At the Box Office: Vermont International Film Festival ‘In Syria’


This week on Local 44 Morning Brew, Champlain College professor of film making Julia Swift reviewed one of the films being featured in this year’s Vermont International Film Festival, called In Syria

The film will be playing on Oct. 27 at 2:30 p.m. at the Main Street Landing Black Box in Burlington.

The entire movie takes place in an apartment. It follows a family in Damascus.

The Vermont International Film festival begins Oct. 20 and runs for ten days. You can find out more here.
