Valerie Goldberg, the ‘No Diet Dietitian’ joined us in studio to talk to us about taking an everyday salad and spicing it up to keep us going all day.

Val talked about all different types of fruits and even other vegetables to throw into a salad. She also brought up different ways you can make your own creamy salad dressing by adding Greek yogurt as a healthier alternative.
