New to the fair this year, is the Dilly Dog! It’s made by the folks at The Dizzy Dozen who have been bringing fairgoers donuts and deep-fried tacos for years. The Dilly Dog is a beef frank wrapped in a pickle, deep fried. Take it from Erin – it’s delicious.
