Only one Thursday night football game was played in Vermont. It featured the hometown Middlebury Tigers and Rutland high school, both teams coming off of a big loss. But it was a Tigers that dominated in all facets of the game in this one. Senior Jackson Gillett caught fire for three touchdowns and 190 rushing yards in the first half as the Tigers cruised to the 41-0 win over Rutland.
