The Middlebury women’s hockey team faced Trinity College in the second game of a season opening series and won 4-2 to start their season 2-0. The men’s game was a different story. The Panthers hosting Bowdoin and the Polar Bears hung on for a 4-3 win.
**Note** The men’s team lost to Colby College to open their season, not Colby Sawyer.
