Val The No Diet Dietitian joined us in studio to help give parents some healthy tips when it comes to kids lunches for the start of school.
One thing she told us was to take your kids to the store and let them make their own ‘Bento Lunch Box,’ because if the kids see that they are making the healthy choice, most are more inclined to eat it.
Another thing she talked about was using Tupperware for lunch because kids can see what they are eating and for some loud lunch rooms can be overwhelming. And that the Tupperware is environmental friendly.
