Meteorologist Amanda Thibault to compete in local dance showdown

The Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired will host a dance competition on Sunday September 8th at the Flynn MainStage. The showdown features seven local celebrities going head-to-head alongside their professional dance partners.

A top duo will be crowned following the performances, named by three judges, Dr. Tango Elizabeth Seyler, Amber LeMay, and cRAIG mITCHELL oLIVER tWISTED. A fan favorite team will also be honored for raising funds to benefit the mission of the VABVI.

The VABVI is the only private agency to offer training, services and support to visually impaired Vermonters. The organizations seeks to encourage independence, cultivate adaptive skills and improve the overall quality of life for those facing visual challenges.
