Alburg Farmer Pleads Not Guilty to Spraying Manure on Border Control Vehicle

The Alburg man accused of spraying cow manure all over a border patrol cruiser was in court Thursday.

Mark Johnson pleaded not guilty to two charges of simple assault and disorderly conduct.
   
Court documents reveal Johnson became agitated while speaking with a boarder patrol agent about because  how the government is handling undocumented workers.

Then he sprayed manure all over the cruiser.
   
Johnson also originally faced an attempted unlawful mischief charge for what he did to the officer’s vehicle.
