Vermont State Police announced Thursday that a Bridport man is facing a drug charge after they say they found him passed out in his car in Addison.
Officials say they were called around 9 p.m. Wednesday to a parked car near the Snake Mountain Trail Head, and found Japheth Kehoe, 33, awake after Middlebury rescue administered Narcan.
Authorities say an investigation found Kehoe had used heroin, and a search of his car found more heroin.
According to a release from police, he is facing charges for possession of heroin, driving with a suspended license, among other charges. He’s due in court on June 26, 2017.
