Bumble Bee Foods, LLC. announced it is voluntarily recalling three varieties of canned Chunk Light tuna.

According to the company, the recall stems from process deviations that occurred in a co-pack facility not owned or operated by Bumble Bee. The deviations were part of the sterilization process and could result in contamination by spoilage organisms or pathogens.

Bumble Bee says if consumed, it could lead to life-threatening illness. No illness have been reported.
