Catamounts Collapse Against Northeastern

Despite holding a 13-point advantage at halftime, UVM Men’s Basketball fell 59-57 to Northeastern Saturday at Patrick Gym.

The Huskies outscored Vermont 41-26 in the 2nd half, shooting 68% from the field.

The Catamounts were led by Trae-Bell-Haynes, who scored 15 points and nearly point in the winning basket after stealing a Northeastern inbound with less than 10 seconds left to play.

Vermont will close out a 3-game homestand next Saturday at 1:00 against Eastern Michigan.
