Burlington police say criminal charges have been filed against a man in connection to the overdose deaths of two brothers.

Police say Robert Robidoux, 34, of Richmond, supplied fentanyl to Sean and Dennis Thibault.

Police say the brothers, Sean, 32, and Dennis, 34, were found by their parents at their Ward Street home in Burlington on June 18, 2015. Toxicology reports show the brothers died from an overdose of fentanyl.

Investigators say Robidoux sold the lethal drugs to Sean Thibault the night prior. Further investigation revealed Robidoux sold narcotics to multiple people on the same date causing additional overdoses that week, which police say were not fatal.

Robidoux has been charged with selling or dispensing a regulated drug with death resulting, and three counts of dispensing heroin.

He is due in court Wednesday.
