The city’s Planning and Zoning Department revealed its updated park renovation plans following community input last November.
The plan includes a kiosk, changing the shape of the central terrace, adding bike parking and a standalone bathroom.

The popular farmer’s market will also be around the park instead of within it to reduce erosion to grass and soil.

The plaza space also becomes “flexible” with the addition moveable tables and chairs.
The plan will be presented to several groups over the next few weeks.
