Hawiian flavor coming to Church Street

Are you looking for a new spot to dine on the Church Street Marketplace? If so you’re in luck!
But, you’ll have to wait a few more months…

Pokey Work will soon open it’s doors.
Located at 40 Church Street, the restaurant is scheduled to open this October.
The types of dishes you can expect are Hawaiian poke bowls and burritos.
The best way to describe it is a rice bowl or sushi burrito with fresh and local sea-food and proteins.
“Almost like a sushi burrito,” said Jenny Morse, Marketing Director of the Church Street Marketplace. “It’s sort of like a trendy new kinda of offering popping up in a lot of major cities, so we are really excited to have one here in Burlington.”
The owners are from Rhode Island and own several locations across New England.
The Church Street Marketplace is home to nearly two dozen restaurants.
