Nate Hudson delivered a walk-off single with two outs in the bottom of the seventh to secure a 3-2 victory for his Otter Valley Otters Monday night against U-32.
Otter Valley, the third seed in Vermont’s Division-II baseball tournament, leaned on pitcher Derek Aines, who threw all seven innings, struck out as many batters and helped his team secure it’s first baseball championship since 2013 and fourth overall.
