A Canadian man faces charges of bringing cocaine into the United States.
State troopers and U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents arrested Daniel Gillis, 48, of Nova Scotia just before 6 a.m Monday morning by at the Highate border crossing.
He is charged with a felony possession of cocaine.
Gillis was taken to Vermont State Police’s St. Albans Barracks until his arraignment.
