The Vermont Catamounts hold a morning practice the day before taking on Florida State in the opening roundof the NCAA Tournament.
They held a brief shoot around at the XL Center in Hartford, Connecticut.
Senior Guard Ernie Duncan says the team is excited to be back in the tournament and “hungry” for a chance to win.
The Cats were in the tournament two years ago, losing to Purdue by 10 points.
Junior Forward Anthony Lamb says after that experience the team now knows what it takes to win.
Tipoff against Florida State is 2 pm Thursday.
