SUMMARY OF INCIDENT:

On May 22, 2017, the Vermont State Police were notified by the Department of Children and Family Services (DCF) that a child under 10 years of age was physically injured by Robertson.    

Through the investigation, it was learned Robertson used a lighter to ignite a piece of plastic and threw it on the child’s knee causing a minor injury.  Robertson was arrested and lodged at the Marble Valley Correctional Facility.
