Elizabethtown Community Hospital receives $6 million for upgrades

Elizabethtown Community Hospital in New York will receive almost $6 million for improvements, including a new primary care center.

Gov.  Andrew Cuomo’s office says the money will also be used for maintenance of the hospital’s emergency room. 

The hospital will also be de-certifying 15 inpatient beds. This is part of $2.4 million allocated to hospitals in the state.
