Burlington, VT –  A Burlington man is accused of harassing someone he was ordered not to. Police say 51-year-old Hung Nguyen attacked and chased someone with a crowbar on Avenue C in the New North End Tuesday morning. He was arrested and released. Nguyen was arrested again after he was calling and texted the person he attacked.  Wednesday, he pleaded not guilty and is again out on conditions.
