The incident closed Grey Birch Drive for 30 minutes and some Colchester School District students were delayed in returning home.

Martin was scheduled to be arraigned Tuesday in Vermont Superior Court in Burlington, but the hearing was rescheduled for Wednesday. He will face the attempted murder charges, as well as two counts of 1st-degree aggravated domestic assault and disorderly conduct by use of electronic device.
