Police: NH man missing, “possibly in danger” after fire at home

Police in New Hampshire are searching for a man who is missing and “possibly in danger” after a suspicious fire at his home.

Haverhill police and fire crews responded to a report of a fire at a home at 730 Mt. Moosilauke Hwy. just after midnight Tuesday. Investigators determined the circumstances of the fire are “suspicious.”

Police say the resident, 37-year-old Daniel Wyman, was last seen leaving 286 Mt. Moosilauke Hwy. just minutes before. He is described as being 5’10” approximately 180 pounds with brown hair and green eyes.

Police are asking Wyman to contact the Haverhill Police Department  at 603-787-2222. Anyone with any information relating to either the fire or the possible whereabouts of Wyman is also requested to contact the department.

The investigation is being conducted in coordination with the NH State Police, NH Fish and Game, and NH Fire Marshalls.
