Special-needs children find fun, support at Camp Daybreak

Camp Daybreak is a residential week-long summer camp for kids ages 8-11 who have a range of emotional, social and behavioral needs.

Dan Osman, the camp’s director, talked about what they have planned for the kids this week, including swimming and carnival rides.

The camp hosts 40 kids each year, who are paired with a high school student as a mentor.
