The heat is on across the region as temperatures will soar to nearly 100 degrees, Sunday.
From the pools to the beaches, everyone is trying to keep cool on this scorching summer weekend.
Sun bathers at the Plattsburgh city beach spent the day basking in the sun and enjoying the refreshing breeze off the water
The Happy Pike in Chazy was hopping with people looking for ice cream or a cold drink to cool off.
It’s also a great weekend to be in the fans and ac business.
“With the nice weather coming on its been a big boom for us. We are fully stocked and ready to go we have fans and air conditioners right in stock were trying to make sure we have enough product on hand to serve our customers,” said Andy Bergeron the owner of Bibens Ace Hardware.

Sunday from Noon – 6 p.m. and Monday from 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
2. The Miller Center Community Room, 130 Gosse Court
Sunday from 1 – 5 p.m. and Monday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
3. Burlington Police Department, 1 North Avenue
Sunday from 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Monday from 7 a.m. – 4 p.m.
4. Ausable Town Hall, 111 Ausable Street, Keeseville
Sunday from 12 a.m. – 5 p.m.
