Local News

A White River Junction man has been charged with a felony after he intentionally struck a woman with his vehicle in the parking lot of a Lebanon, New Hampshire, convenience store.

Daniel Guarino, 31, was arrested Monday and charged with reckless conduct with a deadly weapon.

Lebanon police say Guarino and the unidentified woman were trying to use the same gas pump at the Circle K on Main Street before the incident.

The woman refused medical treatment, police said.

Guarino was released on personal recognizance bail and is scheduled for arraignment in Grafton County Superior Court on Dec. 10.
