Vermont’s first Target looking to fill 150 positions

Vermont will no longer be the only state in the country without a Target when the retailer opens in Burlington on October 21. 

The company says its begun hiring 150 workers for the news store, with positions in logistics, sales, backroom operations and check out. 

“We actually have a local office right down in the mall here. We also have a big hiring event next week at the Homewood Suites on 5 Dorset [Street], August 1618,” said the store’s team leader Jake Moore.
