Despite a very chilly June morning, it is another beautiful, sunshine-filled day. The work week kicks off in the mid 30s to mid 40s with areas of frost over higher terrain. However, temps soar into the 70s under a bright, blue sky throughout the day. Low 70s. Light north wind 5-10 mph. Tonight, mostly clear and milder, mid 40s to around 50 degrees. Tuesday, that sunshine keeps spilling over. It’s a warmer day though with that not-quite-as-cold start. The temp inches its way towards 80 degrees in broad valleys; mid to upper 70s elsewhere.
Midweek, expect increasing clouds with a few afternoon showers and an isolated thunderstorm or two Wednesday. Near 80. Thursday, that front bringing those rain chances lingers with a shower or two across the mountains. Mid 70s. Clouds clear again heading into Friday. By the weekend, the mercury jumps into the low 80s with Father’s Day sunshine.
Have a fantastic day!
