It’s a chilly end to the month of April with below normal temperatures carrying us right into the first days of the new month. All week long, afternoon high temps reach the upper 40s or stall in the low to mid 50s, as nighttime low temps plummet into the 30s – or at warmest, stick to the low 40s. There are three rounds of rain ahead, too, though no major soakers. Let’s break it down…
Monday – Mostly sunny until mid-afternoon, then increasing clouds. Upper 40s to low and mid 50s. NW 5-15 mph.
Tonight – Rain and higher elevation snow showers. Any precip will be very light. 30s.
Tuesday – Rain and snow wrap during the morning. Rain totals 0.05-0.25″ with snow of a coating to around 1/2″. Partly sunny by the afternoon. Near 50 degrees. Light north wind.
Wednesday – Mostly cloudy with showers likely again by the afternoon or evening. Upper 30s in the morning; upper 40s by the afternoon.
Thursday – Around 0.25″ rain tapers off during the morning. Then, mostly cloudy. Near 40 degrees morning low temp, near 50 degrees afternoon high temp.
Friday – Rain likely. Around 0.5-0.75″ possible. Again, near 40 degrees to start out, then climbing into the low 50s.
Saturday – Partly to mostly sunny. Mid 50s.
Sunday – Partly to mostly sunny. Upper 50s.
Have a marvelous Monday!
